  • Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping from the date of your purchase. 
**Please keep in mind that I am a solo mom who is also running every aspect of this business by myself. I am usually pretty good about shipping 1-2 business days after a purchase, but I am giving myself 7 business days here to provide some flexibility in case life happens. Thank you for your understanding**
  • Once I ship the item, I have zero control over when USPS will deliver your item. Please be aware and understanding of the fact that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and being understaffed, and that during Holidays, these delays may be exacerbated. 
  • Shipping includes tracking but NOT insurance.
  • Packages can be insured upon request for an additional fee.
 
**Be sure to double check that your address is correct before checkout!
If a wrong address was submitted to me, I will happily re-mail you your item as long as you pay the shipping cost.

REPAIRS
 
  • Happy to replace hooks at no cost as long as you pay for shipping! I am also happy to repair or replace broken/lost earring at a cost not to exceed 50% of the price of the set of earrings, as long as I have or can acquire the materials to do so! Cost will depend on size of the repair or if I am remaking an entire earring.
 
**Please only contact me about earrings that you have directly purchased through me. I do not accept repairs or replacement requests for earrings that were not made by me.**
